If there is a city that everyone agrees to consider only to spend the New Year's Eve, well, that is Rome
The streets of the capital on the evening of Dec. 31 crowd of young and old, of Roman doc and tourists who come from around the world to greet the new year in the name dell'allegria and feel like carelessness.
